|Notes||LH notes, "The 1962 [Amsterdam] catalogue has the measurement for this sculpture as 91 cm, this is either a
miss-print, or the measurement included the stand (which could be considered part of the sculpture), or possibly a larger version existed.
This sculpture was displayed on a plinth as illustrated above in the 1994 Arnhem show (photograph by Florette Dijkstra), but was intended to be displayed suspended in the air as is shown in this photograph from the 1973 Zurich catalogue.
A stand was built for it, as shown in this photograph held in the Tate Archives. The title and date used here are gleaned from Moss's notes on the reverse of the Tate
Archives' photograph. The work has been alternatively known as 'Mobile Ball and Wings' with a date of 1952.
A similar photograph is held in the Nijhoff / Oosthoek collection, Zurich".
